The significantly increased translucency, when compared with its predecessor Ceramill Zolid, also provides massive constructions with natural beautiful and vital aesthetics. Available in 16 A-D shades, Zolid HT+ Preshades offer the highest level of colour reliability and assure reproducible results. By using the Ceramill Stain & Glaze stains and glazing materials, all the VITA Classic tooth shades can even be achieved with a smaller selection of blanks. This leads to customised solutions which fully meet the demands of patients and laboratories.

A new era in all-ceramic technology
Unlike multi-layered materials on the market which can have visible layers of color, the new IPS e.max ZirCAD Prime disc is not built up with layers, but instead exhibits a continuous, seamless shade progression and optimized translucent properties that ensure high-end esthetics. A simple glaze firing is all that is needed to complete an IPS e.max ZirCAD Prime restoration, but should more customization be desired, IPS e.max ZirCAD Prime can also be processed using staining, cut-back or veneering techniques.
Demonstrating a biaxial flexural strength of 1,200 MPa (dentin) and a fracture toughness of > 5 MPa · m1/2 (dentin), the new IPS e.max ZirCAD Prime disc sets new benchmarks in the esthetic appearance of all-ceramic restorations, regardless of indication or processing technique.
